ANKARA — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President of Niger Abdourahamane Tiani held an interdelegation meeting in Ankara as part of the Nigerien leader’s official visit to Türkiye.

 

The talks brought together senior officials from both countries to discuss opportunities for strengthening bilateral relations across a range of sectors, including diplomacy, security, trade, investment, and development cooperation.

 

The meeting reflected the growing partnership between Türkiye and Niger, with both sides emphasizing the importance of expanding collaboration through regular dialogue and institutional engagement.

 

Officials also exchanged views on regional developments and areas of mutual interest, reaffirming their commitment to advancing cooperation based on mutual respect and shared interests.
