Trump Signals Possible Deal with Iran

Donald Trump said that negotiations with Iran are progressing quickly and that a deal could be reached very soon.

Speaking before traveling from the White House, Trump stated that both sides are “very close” to an agreement, with more direct talks possibly happening this weekend. He added that the deal would focus on preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Trump also claimed that Iran has agreed in principle to key points, including limits related to nuclear materials. However, he warned that if an agreement is not reached, the conflict could continue.

He thanked Pakistan for playing a major role in mediating the talks and even suggested he might visit Islamabad if a deal is finalized there.

The US president also mentioned ongoing discussions with regional leaders, including Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as part of wider diplomatic efforts.

In addition, Trump spoke about a possible ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. He said talks could soon take place involving leaders like Benjamin Netanyahu and Joseph Aoun, and that Hezbollah would also be part of the agreement.

Overall, Trump presented an optimistic outlook for diplomacy but made it clear that failure to reach agreements could lead to continued conflict.
